Terms and Conditions – Diamond Up Drinse

1. General Conditions

By visiting our website or booking a service, you accept these terms in full. If you disagree with any part, please refrain from using our services.

2. Bookings and Service Engagement

Appointments can be scheduled via our website, phone, or email. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. On-site services may require additional access or setup conditions.

3. Payment Terms

Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit/debit cards, e-transfers, and pre-purchased packages. All prices are inclusive of applicable Canadian taxes.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We strive to offer flexible and fair refund options for all clients:

  • 📅 100% refund — for cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
  • 📅 50% refund — for cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
  • 🚫 No refund — for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or in the event of a no-show.

If Diamond Up Drinse cancels or needs to reschedule, you will be offered a full refund or the option to rebook at no additional cost.

All approved refunds are processed via the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

5. Service Liability

We take all reasonable care to deliver high-quality results. However, Diamond Up Drinse is not responsible for pre-existing damage, natural wear and tear, or issues caused by client-supplied materials or inaccurate information.

6. Confidentiality

All client data, personal and vehicle-related, is handled securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, visual elements, and service branding are the intellectual property of Diamond Up Drinse and may not be copied, reused, or distributed without written permission.

8. Policy Updates

These terms may be updated periodically. Revised versions will be published on this page and are effective immediately upon posting.
